   On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give Cherished-Prints a 4.7.

   I needed to order Memorial Bookmarks for my son. I went to their website on 7/29 and noticed their Monday hours. I was careful to be sure they were *open*. I tried to use the chat now feature but there was no answer. I then called and left a message. I was disappointed by this, inasmuch as I wanted the Bookmarks in hand by end of day Thursday, 8/1.

   Melissa called me back within an hour and answered my questions. I placed the order on-line and within 3 hours I received the first proof. In order to fit all of the verbiage we originally requested for the back of the bookmark the font necessary was too small to easily read. We were told how many lines we would have to cut and we made the adjustment. By 8:00 Monday evening I approved the final copy.

   Fast forward to Wednesday. I was expecting an email with the tracking information but I had not received it. I was concerned by this, inasmuch as I had an in-hand need of end of day Thursday. I sent Melissa an email asking about the tracking information about 3:15 and she sent me the information about 6:30 pm.

   The Bookmarks were received about 3:30 Thursday afternoon and they turned out better than expected. We did receive several complements on them.
