it appeared to be a “framed” print, when I received it – no frame. If you are going to sell it just on backboard, the description should state that. I am sorry that I made this assumption that frame print is what it meant.

I’m sorry you misunderstood that the print was to be unframed. I do have it in the description heading – “Giclee Print – Frames NOT available at this time” and repeated again the description “Frame not included.” However, I will work to make additional listing photos to show the giclee print mounted to the double matboard only. I hope this will allievaite any future confusion customers may have.

Product never shipped is still awaiting USPS. This was for my son’s funeral. If I don’t get a response I’ll just dispute the charges with my credit card

I’m sorry for the delay. Per our phone can after this review, the print was mailed but it isn’t tracking with the postal service. I have sent out a new print and upgraded the size to an 8×10. The new print was handed over to the USPS worker and scanned. Again, I’m sorry for the delay. Hopefully, you will receive both prints.
